Restaurant “4 FERALA”

Restoran 4 FERALA À la carte restaurant „4 FERALA“, whose gastronomic tradition dates back to the year 1967 operates within the hotel Vicko. Its main characteristics are local dishes of the traditional Dalmatian cuisine, ancient recipes based on herbal plants from Velebit, vegetarian and diet dishes as well as classical dishes prepared by the caring hands and big heart of the chef.

One of the appealing characteristics of this offer is the typical CROATIAN BREAKFAST with original hot and cold dishes from Slavonia, Zagorje, Istria, Lika and Dalmatia served at the “4 FERALA” restaurant.

A special place in the offer of the restaurant take the "Ancient marinades" of oily and white fish served as a cold appetizer, seafood dishes (several types of mussels, shrimp, calamari and fresh white fish from the Adriatic), lamb and veal, steak combined with shrimp and all kinds of meat grilled on charcoal.
An interesting part of the offer of Hotel and Villa Vicko is that users of half board and full board services have the possibility of choosing "a la carte" dishes from the menu of the restaurant.

The HACCP system was implemented in the restaurant in 2000 and the ISO 14001 system in the year 2008. The restaurant has throughout its history won numerous awards and was listed among the top 100 restaurants of Croatian in 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2011.
